01. Anterolateral exposure of the accessory n.
02. Digastric m.
The digastric m. (2) is exposed and the fat pad (3) of the postero-lateral neck region comes into sight.
03. Jugular vein and the XI nerve
The jugular vein (1) is exposed and the fat pad around the XI cranial nerve (2) is removed. The nerve is presented.
