Copenhagen video atlas of peripheral nerve surgery

Copenhagen Video Atlas of Peripheral Nerve Surgery came out of an idea to provide educational videos to prepare course participants for the Copenhagen Peripheral Nerve Surgery Course by showing some of the procedures on video, commented by the faculty. The concept was two surgeons discussing the approach, while doing it. It was agreed that the final product should be available to all surgeons, free of charge.

The Videos were recorded and edited by Markus Harboe Olsen, MD and Niels Bach Frommer, MD, Kåre Fugleholm was the executive producer. The videos were approved by Professor Jørgen Tranum Jensen, Department of Cellular and Molecular Medicine , The Panum Institute, and the faculty, consisting of Lynda Yang, Michael Fox, Marco Sinisi, David Adelson, Vagn Eskesen, Ove Bergdal and Kåre Fugleholm.

Funding for this project was obtained from the Department of Neurosurgery, Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen, and would not have been possible without the continuing support and enthusiasm from everybody involved.
